Time To Buy Real Estate

Are you still on the fence about buying property? I want to point out why it’s a great time to buy San Diego real estate and it really boils down to 3 issues.

1. Lowest prices in years. The San Diego market has been one of the hardest hit in the country as far as value declines. This is bad news for current home owners but great news for anyone buying. San Diego is already seeing signs of modest appreciation. Now is the time.
2. Lowest interest rates in years. With interest rates hovering in the high 4′s%
   Your buying power is now even greater. As a result your mortgage payments are lower or your qualified purchase price is higher. There is no way to know how long this will last.
3. First time home buyer tax credit is still in effect until April 30th. Then it’s gone.
