Coronado Homes Update 1st Quarter of 2012
During the 1st quarter of 2012, the average price by square footage in Coronado was $599, which is 7.6 percent lower than the same time last year. The median sales price for single family homes and condos from the middle of December to the middle of February was $900,000, which is based on the 67 homes that sold in Coronado. When you compare this to the same time period as last year the sales price is lower by $97,500 or 9.8 percent, while the number of Coronado homes that sold increased by 34 percent. At this time, there are 220 homes for sale in the Coronado area with 21 homes in some stage of the foreclosure process.
For the week that ended on March 21, the average listing price for homes for sale was $2,298,331 that is $2,634 or 0.1 percent lower than the previous week.
